Location: Perfectly situated on Princes Street, I could easily walk to all the city attractions and even attended a concert at Usher Hall with just a short stroll. View: Although my initial request for a high floor and a castle view was not met, the helpful receptionist upgraded my room to one with a fine view of the castle and Princes Street Gardens. It was amazing. Cleanliness: The room was super clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Staff: The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out.
Couldn't stay longer.

Difficult to find the hotel location, cab drivers were clueless. Room was too dark, made it hard to wake up in the morning

Great value for the price! Convenient location close to public transportation and the main shopping and dining areas. the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially with early check-in and late check-out requests. the available breakfast options were ample and delicious.
Although the room was comfortable and clean, the noise from traffic and outside activity could be heard throughout the night. the pillows were thin and provided little support.
